Singer Suh In-young (23) recently closed down her mini-homepage after receiving harsh responses from netizens following an incident that occurred during a live recording of a program on a local cable channel.
While serving as MC, Suh, comedienne Kim Mi-ryeo and Nam Gyu-ri (from SeeYa) were talking about age when Kim suddenly burst into tears and ran off stage. A rep for Kim came out and cited stress as the cause of Kim’s outburst and apologized.
Suh said in a recent interview with hankooki.com, “After that night, harsh criticism poured into my ‘mini-hompy’ (a Cyworld homepage).” Suh said she received harsh comments like, “Suh In-young, how can you act so evil” and “You made Kim Mi-ryeo cry and run off.”
She added, “That night, the talk of age was already in the script and during rehearsals everyone laughed and talked. I’m actually quite close with Kim Mi-ryeo and recently, she called again to apologize…in reality, there are no misunderstandings between us but it seems like netizens have misunderstood (the situation).”After the broadcast on the 27th alone, more than 30,000 netizens began to attack the singer.The singer said that she ignored the slander for the most part but decided to close down her homepage because of the hurt it was causing her younger sister, who helps Suh run the site. Suh closed down her homepage as well as her website.

i think people just starting to have this negative feeling toward her, so every mistake would just be blamed on her. she really needs a PR consultant..
