Superstar Lee Junki (25) has caused slight attention when he told the public about a confession of slight regret, regarding Lee Hyori(28).
On the variety show ‘Red Carpet2′, which was Lee’s first time on a variety show, he was asked and talked about the hot topic on the Internet about his set up date with singer BoA, which was arranged by Lee Hyori after asking her to introduce him to a girl he could date.
On this, he said “Before I debuted, I was a huge Fin.K.L fan and of course, Hyori was like a goddess to me.” and showed his past interest in her as a star. But after debuting as a celebrity himself, he had gotten the chance to finally shoot CFs with her and they clicked very quickly. But because she was so friendly, comfortable and outgoing from the start, “I ended up calling her ‘nuna’ (term ‘big sister’ for a boy) and from that moment, my chance broke and she really just became like an older sister” and he showed some regret for that.
He also added, “And it was only because I wanted to simply coverse with her one more time but had nothing else better to say, I just kept asking her to please introduce me to a girl that I can date–which was why she actually went and introduced me to BoA.”
He then commented on what Hyori said on his birthday party about the day she introduced the two. As he began, “Hyori said to everybody that I came to the date to meet BoA completely dressed up and seemingly concerned about the way I looked for the date.” he looked a bit concerned. “But that wasn’t it at all. I’m actually kind of lazy so I wear the same/similar stuff all the time so Hyori probably thought that way when I arrived, but I dressed up only because the date/meeting with BoA was right after my movie promotion which was mandatory to dress up.” As he spoke, he only looked to be concerned about how Hyori would take his word.
Lee Junki, who lost 7 kgs–was asked about his weight loss. “I thought that if I dieted, I’d end up looking like Jang Dong Gun in the movie Tae Poong; but when I lost it, not only did I totally NOT look like Jang Dong Gun–but I just looked worse, so I gained 3 lbs. back.” he said, and made the crowd laugh.
