eh, how stars think about their fans all the time, right? awww how sweet u might say … Yeah right, only if you are a Korean fan u can use the above services! The phone service is only to be used in Korea and the site requires the famous Korean registration password which all international fans are pulling hair for! (Basically anything is password protected in Korean websites we cannot access to … how cool is that, right? … isn’t this type of discrimination against non-Korean fans? LOL~!)
