TROUBLEMAKERSThree very special Korean short film programs will take place over the 17 days with some of the films personally selected by BONG Joon-ho, KIM Jee-woon, RYU Seung-wan, JANG Joon-hwan, E J-Yong, and PARK Chan-wook.
This year’s film festival will also present to you “From Lahore With Gore” a special Pakistani exploitation extravaganza on July 3rd. After a screening of the first Pakistan gore flick, HELL’S GROUND, the film’s producers and director will be on hand to present the audience with a tour of Pakistani exploitation cinema featuring highlights from some of its most infamous movies.
And thats not all. Several special guest directors will be on hand to introduce their films inlcuding E. J-Yong of DASEPO NAUGHTY GIRLS, Shusuke Kaneko of DEATH NOTE and DEATH NOTE: THE LAST NAME, HAN Jae-rim of THE SHOW MUST GO ON, and Sion Sono of EXTE.
The screening schedule and advance ticket sales will be available starting June 8th.
