Seems like this thing instead of one circle has 2 thus, making the eyes looks larger! Here is the pic for comparison!

there are so many other sites on this .. they all claim they are made for Asian eyes to make them look larger!!!

do you think they used tape too above the eyelid or is that technique used only to get a double eyelid?

Linda – yeah I think they’re put in exactly like contact lens. They outline the pupil (or iris?? i dont know the name of the eye parts lol) giving it a solid outline. and they’re kind of made not to fit your eye (all one size) so I guess it forces your eyes to open more cause it’s bigger than the averag contact lens.
i don’t know if you guys realize this, but on the “new_barbie_eyes” link Shen gave us, the banner looks so old like it’s from the early 90’s,LOL, so not convincing..
anyway, this is interesting, and cheap, yes!$16 for a year, and proven useful..i wonder are there male celebs use this?

I personally think this product been around for a long time … it’s just recent we got aware of it for public use!! How i enjoy these so-called natural beauty celebs now lost the title *witch laughing*

I don’t see the appeal of it. They just look like aliens. What is wrong with the size of their natural eyes to begin with?
with the sample pics. i thought they looked prettier without it. the lenses does make them look (on the right pic) like an alien.
maybe this lenses were intended for those with ’slit’ eyes. the sample celeb pics you’d given was more like the reason not to use it..they looked freaky with the lens. they’re natural eyes very pretty actually.

Yahoo Korea infact made the sample pics … i didn’t search the net for any particular pic of the celebs to create it look convincing to my own opinion … and no one posed for these girls … it’s them .. they had all the right to not approve the pictures when they took it ~
i think they look more dolly/anime w/ the lenses. i have circle lenses myself. people either love them or think they’re trippy but most like them. 2 ppl have told me i look like a cartoon. lol. also, if you look at little kids, their eyes resemble eyes with circle lenses on. little kids have bigger irises than teenagers/adults. it’s cute in my opinion.
I’ve met real person using circle lenses…must say they looks like alien. Coz bigger iris, might not suit your eyes’ shape and face. So they makes you looks as a pretty inhuman being.
seriously…they look more attractive, more mature, and sexier without the circle lens. the circle lens make them look unnecessarily childish and weird.
I see no problem with circle lens. If they want to use it it’s their eyes right? I use circle lens sometimes. 
Just as long as people don’t overdue make or surgery (lol), i see no problem.
ok i know this post is old but i just came across it now. what’s so bad about “circle lenses”? they’re just like colored contact lenses except that they are black. american girls wear colored contacts all the time to have blue eyes. so what’s the big deal? im just thankful that koreans dont have the “blue eyes syndrome” or they may wear blue contact lenses *shudders.

i’m sorry, but what are circle lens? are they contact lens that somehow make your eyes bigger? ^__^;;
