According to the transcript of Rain’s SH interview, the glasses are without lens. Rain said he wears them ’cause they are trendy now .
But even die-hard fans say he looks like a total dork with this glasses and this hairs.

Love the smile – it’s very sincere/genuine…. and the smile reaches his eyes. It’s very different from those which look like they’ve been moulded from plasticine and plastered on his face.

Not crazy about the hair and outfit though. Looks like you either like or hate the hair and outfit. For me, nothing beats his 4th album short do with the blonde streaks.

Did anyone notice? He put on weight again. Lol.
