Lee Hyori confessed her cosmetic surgery for the first time when she attends KBS TV game show (한가위 쟁반노래방). At the show, the host, Sin Dong-Yup asked her to change shape of the nose like a pig while singing. She politely explained that because of her cosmetic surgery of the nose, she could not do that.

i think this is what koreangirl meant when she said that you people who aren’t korean shouldn’t be translating stuff. If you actually SAW the episode, you’d know she did it in a joking manner. People who get nose jobs can’t push up their noses because it kills the silicon in there but she did because SHE DIDN’T GET SURGERY.
