Sure, go to google and type in "Nail art+Japan" you'll get many results. Maybe female artists from Japan do it. If they play instruments, they usually only do it when they are not performing anything (like interviews, commercials, etc). Some people pierce their nail and add charms to it (my best friend did it because her favorite girl from Morning Musume did it, and she liked it) . WOW... That's really impressive, I had hopes as that, but my parents won't let me pursue them. The instrument I'm best at is guitar, but I also play some piano and drums, I'm trying to learn bass. I'm more of a writer than a composer though, I hate my voice, but I do know how to use it and train voices. MAN.
