Louise, thks 4 minding the store n selamat Hari Raya! I was off 4 4days. Over in KL a bottle of soju costs abt RM11 abt USD3. Haha, Pre-requisites for Korean actor, 1st tall, good looking (cosmetic surgery helps), 2nd must strip (to various degree of undress, therefore must workout) and 3nd must cry convincingly (I heard bollywood stars put glycerin in yr eyes)!

Yeah, the various teas, persimmon teas, ginsang tea, etc.

I suppose they dont ask for the bill at the table, so soneone must hv picked up the tab at the cashier!

The only time I saw the Kdrama police ever catching a U turn was in Lovers in Prague but everyone else got away with these U turns, so much so I wondered wht it was illegal or the norm.

yea kimchi is always in korean dramas no matter if you are rich or poor you have to have kimchi.

sauna— yea all the time a cut scene inside a sauna or bath house where the guys would be washing each other, which i don’t have a problem it *thinking pervertly*heheheheh i am like don’t people have bathrooms in their homes. why go to a public place for everyone can see your business.lol

those are common things but prolly not must-have in *each* dramas. i’ve seen a list compiled before and it was quite interesting as well. like, sudden U-turn in the middle of the road, regardless of how busy it is, and hmm can’t remember what else

DON’T FORGET THOSE INEVITABLE CAFE’S
where the female antagonist calls out the female protagonist for some “this is my man, so don’t touch him because I have cancer” talk…
they end up ordering drinks…but no one pays and no one DRINKS their drink…and its always tea or juice of some kind.
