The Gangnam Police Department have applied for an arrest warrant for “A” on charges of threatening popular female singer Ivy with the dissemination of a movie they made together.
A made the movie with Ivy over one month beginning in October and is accused of sending her a message threatening that if she didn’t publicly acknowledge their relationship the movie would be distributed, and demanded 45 million won.
The police investigation found that A has had been friends with Ivy for the past two years but as they recently parted A committed the crime.

- Fantom is pressing charges against Ivy’s ex-boyfriend, identified as Yoo, for blackmail.
Yoo and Ivy met before her debut in 2005 and dated for 2 years. They met through work and started off as a oppa and dongseng relationship which later turned into romance. But, however, a year ago his frequent acts of violence caused a distant gap in their relationship.
Fantom says that Yoo was trying to blackmail Ivy with a video clip he claimed to have taken with a hidden camera. Yoo demanded money as well. Fantom reported that they do now know what the video clip contains.
A reported reason for his blackmail was that while they were dating, Ivy was also seeing another man who is a famous male singer.
It is also reported that Yoo was going around to large film studios/prodcutions saying that he had a scenario which was about his relationship with Ivy, and was wondering if they wanted to produce it.
One Topstar company official says that around a week ago Yoo contacted them saying that he has a scenario which was about his relationship with Ivy and he wanted this particular actress as the main female lead (one of their actresses under their company)
The official said that they refused and ignored him.
Just last month Yoo damaged Ivy’s SM5 car in front of a coffee shop in KangNam, Seoul.
Yoo used to model for a large advertising agency. He is unemployeed but recently was on a tv meeting(dating) show where he grabbed many viewers attentions from his eloquent language and good guy presence.
Yoo said at the police station that “Ivy and I met before her debut in 2005 and dated for two years. Recently we had a big argument. the stalkers and criminal intimidation accusations is unfair.”
Fantom will be holding an official press conference at 5pm today

When they reached the coffeeshop they got out and he took a chair that was there and threw itat the car. the windshield cracked. He also threw her cell phone on the ground and broke it.
10/4 ivy confesses to her manager what had happened/ they told an fantom official
10/4~6 Yoo blackmails them sending a message to the manager
claiming he had a video clip of her that he took with a hidden camera as well as nude pictures.
10/6 Ivy, her manager, fantom official meet with YOO telling him to bring his laptop as well as talk about the situation. Yoo didn’t bring his laptop
10/7 Yoo and a fantom official met and deleted pictures of the two together. the official asked for the hidden camera video clip but yoo replied that it contained shameful/embaressing things so he deleted it and brought the laptop. fantom took the laptop for $1,500 dollars and went under computer recovery operations. then Yoo asked for $45,000 for the surgery fee of removing the tattoos he said that were of ivy. ( BS. complete bull). Ivy invested a bit of moneyon him but refuses to give it back. he said he will use for his own victimized benefits.
10/7~11 they sent the laptop to a professional to see if they could recover the deleted file but couldn’t find anything. THey sent it to two more professionals but nothing was found.
10/12 Yoo demanded for them to pay an old ticket worth $1,500 dollars and make Ivy go apologize to his mother on her knees.
10/12 ~13 Yoo sent threatening text messages to ivy’s manager
10/13~28 Yoo went around to movie film studios with a scenario with ivy in it and a “video file”. Asking for them to help produce a ivy related movie. thats when rumors started to spread about a “video clip/file”
10/28 A fantom official, manager, ivy, and ivy’s cousin were at KangNam police station under investigation for about 3 to 7 hours each.
10/30 Kangnam Police Station, the court issued a search warrant seized from the victims and took in Yoo
10/31 physical investigation started
11/2 Yoo was arrested and a arrest warrant was charged by the prosecution court
In the meantime Ivy will discontinue all activites and rest due to mental/emotional shock
Cjlatina: I am feeling so bad for her right now. To have someone you once loved and shared something very intimate with to back stab you later with it is just so wrong. I hope he gets charged with something and jailed. ~Poor Ivy~

IVY’s Ex Side Of The Story!

So basically Ivy and this “Mr. Yoo” guy were dating for three years. in the begining he didn’t really wanted to date a celebrity, so he kept rejecting her, but she insisted that they go out, and she just kept following him around until one day he just gave in.
While they were dating, they were deeply in love. even his parents were nice to her and treated her like a daughter. But IVY insisted that they keep their relationship a secret, especially to her fan base. He reluctantly agreed, and they continued to date.
Then about 2 months or so ago, Mr. YOO got off work a bit earlier than he thought, and he decided to pay IVY a visit. But IVY said that she was gonna be home late because she hadn’t finished up at work yet, and told him to just go home. But being a (typical) guy that he is, he decided to go and wait for IVY at her house.
When he got to her house, he saw that her car was parked in the driveway…excited that she was finially home, he ran over to the car to greet her. But what he found was IVY and WHEESUNG “doing the nasty”
So he got really really pissed off (i mean, think about it, they were dating for 3 years, and they were SUPPOSEDEDLY so much in love) so he went and got drunk and went home.
Oh, i forgot to mention that IVY and WHEESUNG say MR YOO, as well.
ShenYue: I think what she meant is they call him Mr. YOO?? b/c his name is Yoo Gi Ahn.
(it was later discovered that WHEESUNG wasn’t the only one IVY was cheating with.. and poor WHEESUNG didnt know that IVY had a boyfriend..)
So the next day, he comes home and finds Ivy down on her knees begging for forgiveness. she was saying how she had done such a wrong, and that she would never do it again, and that she just needed one more chance to make things right. MR YOO got so mad that he was about to hit her, but he stopped himself because, I mean COME ONE. what kind of self respecting guy hits girls?!
anyway, she kept begging and begging and he continued saying no, and she was like ”well, then atleast let’s go out and get some coffee”. So they went to the coffee shop right around the corner. but as they were talking, he got more and more pissed off that he went and broke his car(?)

When I read about this at first I was almost certain I am not gonna share it in public … but then I researched in Korean sites only to find out it’s all over the place! So it’s only fair that English speakers know about it too … So Korean fans in the past 24 hours been sitting down re-listening to Wheesung’s Radio interview where he mentioned that he dated a girl for 8 months only to find out she has had a Boyfriend during the whole entire time! Wheesung never said a name, but he did say that he dated her for 8 months. He was totally in love with her, but he says she played him because all during that time she didn’t even know his birthday which he thought was strange. As it turned out, she already had a boyfriend. She always wore a ring on her thumb which she told him her mother had given her. He later found out that the ring was given to her by her boyfriend. The way he found out was that her boyfriend called him and said that he saw Wheesung coming out of the girl’s house. Wheesung said that even as they parted, he thanked her dating him because he never dated someone so beautiful. He went through a very difficult time afterwards. He said he totally regrets the time he spent with her because he said 8 months in your 20’s is a lot and he could have done something else during the 8 months that he spent on her, like write 10 songs. He cut off all contact with her, didn’t call her, see her, etc. after they parted and she didn’t either except for one text message that said “I’m sorry for liking two people.”
ShenYue: I could swear to my name … that Ivy been wearing that ring 24/7 on her thumb!!! if you’ve ever seen ANY of her Cyworld pictures (which by the way … she took the tab for the pics in her cyworld’s almost immediately away!) you would know too! …. The first time I noticed the ring was back during her 2nd comeback when they had a “Hidden camera” and after that I could see it in all her selfcam pictuers, and seems like I was not the only one notice it in that program …. cuz I found recap of the picture of the video all over Korean sites today! I’m pretty sure you can find the video on youtube somewhere before Ivy’s manager take that one off too I guess!
