When I use the pencil or the liquid, as soon as I blink I have some liner below my eyes. Messy! Some days I have to remind myself that I am going to work, so try to take it easy on the black eyeliner. I’ve noticed that I can spend 5 mins on just doing my eyeliner… my latest thing is I use my eye shadow and a small brush to do my eyeliner.
