FINALLY! Someone put those two pictures side by side. I was right about the bridge of her nose, right?!

She looks old in the green.

At least she/they were honest. I wouldn’t have believed it if there were no statement ’cause I can’t even tell if it’s her.

They could have just blurred out some random girl’s face and said it was Joo… and those pictures look planned or something.

in my opinion, whether the pics were posted by netizens because someone of the public owned them or somehow they were made available to them (read by JYP *cough*) or JYP himself distributed them online, it still remains that those are for publicity. I don’t get the impression that Joo impacted very much the business creating an fans/audience, so I am not surprised that she needs some highlight to get a wider audience to listen to her single, if not for anything simply out of curiosity. Now whether she did “bad” things, those things are really nothing to worry about so no one can seriously get upset at her, and plus she “recovered.” This satisfies the public because it can judge her and redeem her at the same time! I mean who doesn’t like to give a second chance to a poor soul, especially when so young?

In addition I wouldn’t even be surprised if this is helping in some way talking more about JYP’s future project >> the 12 boy-band (in between, how does it feel to be considered copy-cats of another band?!? o.0 )

She’s not the only underage who drank and smoked (especially in korea). I did drink when I was underage, didn’t smoke though.

But well said, life is hard on her. She’s a singer now, so can’t do anything about it. Wish her luck

I don’t know if this is common, but when I was in high school years ago, every single kid from Korea was smoking, playing cool and skipping classes. Some of those were just jerks, but a good number were actually not only nice, but also extremely intelligent and went on to good universities. I don’t know where the Korean culture is going, but it seems to me that this is rather acceptable there, no?

big deal. WOW she smoked and drank in middle school.OH NO. WHAT A BAD ASS.WHOOP-DEE-DOO There are a lot of people who do that. Why cant people just let her be? Let her do her thing. Everyones paying such close attention to her personal life, rather than the main reason as to why she came out in public. AS A SINGER!
