I think it's a young girl out of parents restrictions taking advantage of it. I know when I was 16 and was freed from my mothers short leash (She moved a couple states away and I stayed with my dad.) I cut my hair and died it red just because I was never allowed to do either. I also started going out not in my underware but out. It's just a young girl taking advantage of freedom from parents.
