Her voice is totally different than what i have ever imagined!
About the MV .. i am not gonna lie .. to me, it was CHEAP!
Ever since that ‘Tell Me’ craze, i started speculating JYP is not spending much into promotions on these girls any more … their last MV was not even filmed .. but some random footage pasted together .. this one despite all the hype turned out very random, cheesy, uncreative and cheap .. sure, the girls don’t need much to promote them .. but don’t they think .. there is a need for constant fans’-brain-re-freshness of some kind?! dragging 6 months of ‘Tell Me’ promotions wasn’t enough, that simply as an outsider asking for a little bit more?! wonder what the real fans feel?
Call me all you want .. but i didn’t find any story line that grabs my attention in that 4 minutes long MV, except that even though they know that they make us laugh hearing this but heck they have no shame not mentioning it >>> that the girls biggest dream is to be the world’s best singer?!!!! well, we all have outrages dreams you know! But wasn’t it more wise to have the song retain the original meaning of the lyric instead of inserting that one piece to the extend of making it that dramatic by having the clips of SunMi freaking crying that way and make the whole entire MV about it?? .. seriously, i don’t find what has been done is a smart move to keep the girls career out for so long!
After all, just as a reminder ‘Tell Me’ got the girls out .. not cuz of their extraordinary vocals or talent in dancing .. it was the song that was a hit, the dance and the image! Need more prove than that almost everyone at least we know, made a clip of their ‘tell me’ dance and posted it up on the internet and became the star of their own world?
You know what was even more weird about the “shooting star” MV itself? Have you notices that the quality of the pictures filmed in different setting was much different .. Man, were they short on tape?!
I donno why i ranted this much about a single MV .. maybe it’s cuz i have been frustrated with how the company’s managements and plans have gone ever since the craze! Feel free to voice out your opinion about WG’s recent activities ^^ i’d like to hear them!
Tablo (with his hot Engrish name, Daniel Armand Lee..hmm..) is currently in love … with Ajoo’s voice. At least that was what he said (or read from the script) at the KBS Music Bank Show on Feb 22nd , where Tabloo is the MC of the show.
