A new group of Kpop stars have come on stage, stealing the hearts of many. Here are some new artists who have proven to have much talent and are very promising in their careers.
Korea is known for its ballad genre, which is much acclaimed for its crooning artists that make the hearts of many swoon. Kim Jong Wook made a surprise entrance early this year, with his lovely, sweet vocals, singing to “Only You,” a love song made popular on the hit show “We Got Married.” He has made love proposals to many ladies featured on stage, including actress Lee Young Eun and SeeYa’s Nam Gyuri.
On May 25, he performed his song “Only You” with famous Jazz pianist, Jin Bora, who was also part of the AnyBand CFs with Tablo, Boa, and Xiah Junsu from DBSK.
In the Kpop scene, a dynamic singer, Peter, has tap-danced his way on stage, winning the ‘Rookie of the Month’ award and many fans. He showed off his powerful dance moves and clear vocals, captivating audiences. He has a voice as powerful as that of Wheesung and dance moves cooler than that of Se7en. You should definitely check him out.
Most recently, SM introduced their new contemporary boyband, SHINee, who showed off a dashing new style of dance and music. They are attracting a lot of attention from Noonas with their boyish charms. They also came out as a strong contender against last year’s top idol stars, Wonder Girls and Big Bang’s Tae Yang.

He also received English and German teaching credentials. As an actor he gained a lot of popularity in the 2008 hit sitcom “I Hate You, But It’s FIne”, starring along side Han Ji Hye. He also received a lot of praise during the sitcom for his amazing English skills. This sitcom received over 40% ratings and is ranked as the #1 broadcasted drama of the year.
Netizens who saw this episode commented, “I agree that Kim Ji Suk’s English is not perfect, but Tiffany went overboard,” “Kim Ji Suk studied abroad in England and he is fluent in English; Tiffany was very inconsiderate and ignorant of her surrounding.” Tifanny’s obvious lack of discretion has caused uproar among netizens.

Maybe SM is super worried about this .. since a little while ago a news of SNSD specially Tiffany’s insulted attacks to the legendary group Shinhwa members was released in the media!
We spent hours and hours researching on Tiffany’s mess with Shinhwa in English and Korean forum/sites and it was revealed that SM apparently forced to delay the news to be released in the media untill the Tiffany’s formal apology actually happened!

SNSD was forced to apologize in person to Shinhwa’s Jun Jin, who is busy promoting his first solo album.
On Melon’s DMB radio that aired May 14, SNSD disrespectfully labeled Jun Jin has ‘Justin Jinberlake’ (they probably thought they were so clever) and did a ridiculous imitation of Jun Jin’s power-punch dance to his title song “Wa”.
Afterward, the Shinhwa fans who watched this radio broadcast were furious, leaving remarks on message boards of Melon radio and SM Entertainment, saying “Isn’t it disrespectful to make fun of a senior singer?”
On May 22, SNSD made a formal, sincere apology in person to Jun Jin, who was waiting in his dressing room before his performance on Mnet M! Countdown.
Jun Jin’s management company, Open World Entertainment, revealed this incident on their homepage on May 22, asking for the fans’ understanding. (Wow, the power of SM – at least they delayed this news from reaching fans until SNSD got a chance to apologize).
According to Open World Entertainment, after reading the comments left by fans, a representative from Open World contacted SNSD’s manager at SM Entertainment, expressing his displeasure and requesting an apology. SM Entertainment’s representative explained that SNSD was only following the radio script and did not deliberately humiliate their senior singer, Jun Jin. Open World confirmed that SNSD met Jun Jin in his dressing room and made a formal apology.
SNSD left a message on Shinhwa’s site, saying that they were very apologetic and that they can’t ask for Shinhwa fans to love them, but to at least forgive them. In return, one fan replied, “ I hope you watch your mouth in the future. You [SNSD] still didn’t apologize for saying that Shin Hye Sung’s voice was like that of a goat. I hope this doesn’t occur again. Because SNSD apologized, I think I’ll be able to close my eyes just this once.” (By the way, Hye Sung’s much acclaimed vocals are amazingly sweet).
Soyboy: SNSD are a bunch of idiots. They are very lucky that this news didn’t spread very far and that only a few of Shinhwa’s fans new about this. They are a bunch of conceited, disrespectful garbage that don’t belong in the music industry. They probably don’t even know who they just made fun of. Shinhwa is a legendary idol group in the history of Korea. Their recent 9th anniversary album reached sales of over 96,000 copies in one month without any promotional activities. SNSD’s album sales don’t even come close to that. How dare they humiliate their seniors in the music industry.

Finally, in Hollywood bowl 2008 in more than one or two occasions fans randomly stumbled upon dating-like behavior between Junsu and SNSD’s Leader TaeYeon!
The couple were seen around a mall hanging out together alone …
Fan accounts (more than one or two) having it that she had her arms around his waist and he had his arms on her shoulder while exploring the shopping mall … Junsu was told that at some point even grabbed on TaeYeon’s Cheek (?) then on the concert night .. people noticed during the “Balloon” performance Junsu got closer to her on the stage, the event was called off by Brian Joo who personally walked into the stage and demanded TaeYeon to move away from Junsu and stand in front of the stage .. all the facial exchanges between almost all the DBSK memebers shows something is just off! at the end of the performance the two had some sort of an half-ass high five that caught everyone’s attention .. then again while leaving the stage the two were still walking next to one another and then TaeYeon were seen giving Junsu a pat on the back or something ..
