i think it is crap what they wrote. I agree with SmileyTart , who knows who wrote the letter? if they really want to apologies , then why don’t they just say it in TV or something, a letter is just a letter , but if they say it on TV, I will understand , but this is just some crap they wrote .. i don’t even think they mean it ,, anyway this is too weird, izsh!

I’m glad the apologized, though I’m still in the firm belief that Tiffany should GTFO or else she’ll bring down the entire group. And I actually agree with saltwater. They should apologize in person.

BTW, for those who said that LSM probably asked them to write it… the letter that ELFs wrote in apology for the girl that committed suicide, though they wrote it themselves, they didn’t sound sincere AT ALL. At least this sounds sincere.

I’m actually just glad that the whole SNSD fuss seems to be over. Its starting to get tiring, and antis were just giving them more attention and sympathy from those who disagreed with what the antis did.

anyway, this isn’t going to be the last time they hear of it. there’ll be many times people will ask them about this on interviews and stuff, just to see how they address it.

and to people talking about more formal “live apologies” on TV what difference would it make? people would easily then say “OMGlykesumbodytoldthemwuttosayyyyyyy!” and we’d have the same bigotry over and over. People would start analyzing how Taeyeon looked (OMG she was even looking like she wanted to leave. did you see her eye flicker at 3:12? o_o) or analyze Yuri’s cough or analyze Tiffany’s response to a question or analyze their bow (it should have been 2 degrees lower) or….and the same bigotry will occur over and over.

i think this was the best way to address the situation because the whole darn thing is so open ended. and it really divides the masses up. those who accept it and move on and those who are still hung up on the situation and still beg for more out of spite.
