You know what? Musical influences over the centuries are just a normal thing. If Taiji wouldn’t bring Korea this kind of music styles, maybe someone else would do that… but truly, I doubt it… because he has something more than talent, you know what it is? a TRUE PERSONALITY. And unfortunately, this is rare in this business.

And it’s sad, but this is just a rule, if someone is just one and unique, people always pick on him.

Yeah we all know alot of artist were influenced by michael and imitated alot of his music but it is because they borrowed their style and dance from MJ that they will never be known for being a huge contribution to the music industry and seo is no different

Sed mimiced alot of american artist thus he should not be recognized as a muscial icon who influenced other musical groups.

The first song I ever heard from seo was interenet war and ultramania. I imediately thought of KOrn (American rock band. Seo might now have copied lyrics but he did copy signature sounds and styles from american bands that made those bands so popular. Thats what he did for some of the song in his earlier career and his debut was no different either

There is a sound in certain artist music that when you here the music you know it them; artist like MJ, prince, korn, Meat Loaf, etc

I just hate it when I hear “He contributed so much to korean music and that he is a musical Icon” He is just imitated numerous bands through numerous musical genres throught his mid and early career and passed it off as if it all originated from him.
