good lord. just because she’s not stick thin to the entertainment industry’s ’standards’ doesn’t mean she’s large. she’s a hell of a lot skinnier than most people.

You don’t have a picture of the rest of her body. Maybe she didn’t get big- maybe she got healthy. Just because she’s not some anorectic stick figure doesn’t make her fat.

And second of all, what part of Yoobin looks “large”? I see a perfectly healthy face.

Here in America, having curves is considered hot. If she uses it to her advantage, she’ll become like Beyonce and Tyra Banks. Two beautiful women who are considered HOT, for being big.

So what if she’s gained a bit of weight? Does it mean we love her any less? No.
We should be judging talent and not looks.

But if you’re big like Beyonce and Tyra-that’s NOT fat. That’s CURVY. In this case, Yoobin’s pretty tall, she’ll look good either thin or curvy.

Um. It’s actually quite possible that she went to high school with her. I went to Lynbrook H.S. in San Jose and I was friends with a lot of people at Leland. We had speech/volleyball tourneys there all the time. Nobody I personally know remembers/recognizes her so she was probably a shy girl (not to mention that she was a freshman when I was a senior), but Leland High is a LARGE high school with a huge population of Asians (around 50%, it’s the Bay Area).

So she could very well be telling the truth.

Just post a thread in the Soompi forums asking if anyone went to Leland. You’ll get at least 100 people who have attended in the past or are currently enrolled.

But she could be lying, too.

the fact that she’s a popstar and is gaining weight from before (or, even looks the same) is fact that she doesnt care about image. plus, it’s not like she’s gonna get disowned from JYP ent. she can still dance and sing and put up an act. as long as stars work hard and put effort into their performances, it doesnt matter how their figures look.

Someone earlier said Hilary Duff (I’m assuming it’s Hilary Duff) got plastic surgery and looks ugly now. Does getting VENEERS count as plastic surgery? Yeah, she enlarged her teeth after she accidently smacked her two front teeth out, during a concert. She looked like a horse for awhile with those veneers. But, I think she went back and downsized it.
