Is it because they’re friends with SuJu? Because I think that if you managed to become friends with SuJu, you would want people to be happy for you. Or would you prefer them to have no female contact forever? When it’s a girl involved, the fans want her dead. So would you prefer them to be gay?

Is it because of the way they dress? Like any celebrity in a music video has a choice to choose what they wear. That’s why they’re called COSTUMES. And when you see them out on the street, they aren’t wearing micro-minis. Their clothes are just like any other self-respecting girl. Do you think models at a designer’s fashion shoot get to choose to wear another designer’s clothes?
Is it because of their image? Or their style? Like I said, it’s not exactly their choice. SM chooses SNSD’s style.

i’ve met some famous korean people and 90% of the time how they act on tv is about the same as real life. i’m pretty sure they act like this in real life too. SNSD i’m sure can become great people really, but they need to learn how to act in public first before coming out.
as for their clothes, whoever says that they have no choice is right. that’s the staff’s problems and they need to change that!

I’ve been reading many of your posts in this site about the Korean pop industry. Most were good but I found out that you’ve always had these bad posts about the girl group SNSD. You always described them as ‘unnecessary’, ‘untalented’, ‘retarded’, and the list goes on. May I ask you a question: what did they do to you that made you such a fierce critic of the band?

OK, I understand that there are many things that happened which utterly showed their immaturity and all. But who the hell are you to criticize such acts by teenage girls? Are you God? No. You are just a simple blogger who writes biased news about the girls!

And even bothering about finding panty shots of the girls (think about your Tiffany post) is just moronic. It’s just that Korean culture is similar to (and influenced by) Japanese culture (they’ve been colonized in 1920s or so), which tolerates such acts. I’m very damn sure you do NOT know these things because you are NOT Korean. OK, I am also not Korean, but I am not as narrow-minded as you to not understand the cultural gap.

I’m very much pissed off at your usage of “freedom of speech” when someone criticizes you about your childish bashing of the girls. Yes, there is freedom, but YOU are way overboard in abusing it!!! You’ve been oozing out your personal anger at the girls in this supposedly “Korean Pop News” site. OK, I understand that this “Korean Entertainment GOSSIP”, but take into consideration the peanut-brained people who always believe in everything they see in the net and take every blog as the truth!!! Then, you should be RESPONSIBLE enough to control your feelings while working on your posts and opinions. People do have their own opinions, but ONLY A FEW ACTUALLY THINK.

And about the girls’ music, costumes and all, you cannot DIRECTLY attack them for having such short skirts and the bubblegum pop, because SM entertainment just INSTRUCTS them to do so! If you are MATURE enough, you would understand this and stop attacking the girls’ style. Anyway, they still have about 3 years to go (of their 5-year contract) to change their image just like their predecessor, S.E.S. Their predecessor went from bubblegum pop (for two albums) and grew to jazz, ballad, pop, and R&B. We can wait for SNSD to take similar steps of evolution in their music. (P.S.: Hey kid, do you EVEN know S.E.S.?)

We accept that the girls cannot properly handle such things as the Dream Concert 2008 Incident wherein there were such ‘violence’ (as your BLOG was saying) that YOU hastily attributed solely to SNSD fans. And also the girls’ being very disrespectful to their elders in the industry (especially their disrespect of S.E.S., which hurt me since I was a S.E.S. fan). Yes these are big imperfections on the girls’ part, but also stick to your mind that the girls already released a formal apology (yes, also in your BLOG). Just give them a chance to change and GROW. If you just continue to bash the girls immaturity, it shall be the BLOG which just turns out to be the MORE immature to have even BOTHERED to cover such acts. I’m not defending the girls as if they never did wrong, I’m just being RATIONAL and REASONABLE.

I confess that I am an anti-SNSD. And as an intellectual, I authoritatively say that you are such a FAKE and HYPOCRITE anti-SNSD. In your bad posts, you are not putting shame on the girls, but you instead make the girls more famous by posting “hot issues” that boosts the girls’ popularity. If you are indeed an anti-SNSD, you wouldn’t help the girls get more popular (by making them infamous). Then stop posting ANYTHING about the band the treat them as non-existent. With what you’re doing, it just shows that it is not the band which is stupid, but YOU instead!

Or maybe, you are only posting bad BLOGS about SNSD just for this mediocre site to gain popularity. You are just trying to ride on the popularity of the girls!!! Oh, what a good idea, but VERY UNORIGINAL and COPYCAT. Obama got very popular by being a fierce Bush critic. And that reduces your site into a very cheap, peanut-brained blog. Eww.

CONCLUSION: It really PAYS to learn Korean and go to REAL NEWS SITES like Chosun, KBS News, and Daum. UNMOTIVATED K-pop fans only get themselves to stupid sites like this.
