Here thankfully something little ‘different’ happened with BOA’s career!

BoA and 9 other singers are remaking an english version a famous song by a singer named Wei Wei (i think.. i translated directly from the chinese articles.. she is one of the singers that will be participating as well…), named “Dedication of Love” ( direct translation of the song title 爱的奉献). These singers are from Brazil (丹妮拉), Paris (阿拉玛), Indonesia (Ruth Sahanaya), Russia (谢尔盖·叶塞宁), Korea (BoA), Ukraine (Rusiana Gaitana), India (SONU), Oman, Greece (PHOEBE) and China (Wei Wei).

Producers Roald Hoffmann and Brian Alan(?) initially invited these 10 singers to sing their composition ” The Same Earth” ( direct translation of the song title 同一个地球), with recording that will take place in New York. But the earthquake in Sichuan happened and the 2 producers saw Wei Wei’s performance of “Dedication of Love” (direct translation of the song title 爱的奉献) on one of the shows planned to raise funds for the earthquake area, and got to know that this song has been sung for over 10 years in China. Hence, they made the decision to remake this song.

It will be a world wide release for this single, and all singers have agreed that all the earnings for this release will be contributed to the Sichuan Earthquake to help rebuild the area. The recording will now take place in BeiJing, on the 9th of June.

To all those people a.k.a boa fans said that she really did cut her hair…..well people here is proof that your sweet, innocent, angel Boa lied to you, KIDDIES. Boa showed up on MUSIC STATION May 9 sporting long, brownish orange, weavy and also dry looking locks….

Of course I knew she didn’t cut hair into what I like to call a “Dust Mop” do. But NOOOO people keep saying “Look at the Hite Beer CF video. She really did cut her hair”, which wasn’t much proof because they really didn’t show her getting hair cut. Also I knew that she wouldn’t have the balls to do something without the permission of her owner (Oops I mean her….OH WHATEVER! 8P). LSM wouldn’t let his money maker use her own brain (especially when she turns to alcohol in times of stress) because he knew that if he did she would surely ruin her medicore career.

Ok I am all for reinventing your self with a new look, but in this case lets go back to the old style. Not only is she sporting this dust mop (I think it could be a wig) on top of her head, but she is also endorsing beer for Hite Beer . Hello Boa didn’t your little drunk episode teach you nothing…..BOA STAY AWAY FROM THE ALCOHOL.

The last thing I heard about Boa was that she was preparing for her US debut this May. What happen with that? Has she figure it out that that would be a big mistake, and now she is hitting the liquor due to the stress that she will fail. And due to the stress she is now pulling a Britney (Britney Spears break down episode when she cut off all of her hair) because when she showed up for CF shoot the whole production crew was shocked and surprise at her new hair do (some where probably even laughing because I sure would have been).

Anyways Boa new CF and hairstyle will make their grand appearance on television (Korean) May 25. But what you guys think of her new hairstyle is it “Styling with style” or “Household ready for dust duty”.

So we assume everyone has heard by now, that BOA’s 6th album “The Face”, finally took the first place in Japanese Weekly Oricon Music Chart.

Boa previously ranked her other 5 albums in the 1st place in the Japanese Oricon Weekly Music Chart as well. Her albums included “Listen to My Heart” in 2002 to “Valenti,” “Love & Honesty,” “Outgrow” and “Made in Twenty”.

The truth on my part is that … with the downward, her single’s sale curve was going, this is quite an achievement. However, in my humble opinion the album was not all that still compared to her classic albums, Don’t you agree?

Cannot help but wonder if the hype of her being sick and tired of the business and desire for leaving it all behind studying is US or the news of her US debut had anything to do with the latest album sale! I guess we will never find out .. but sure LSM is having one of those nasty smiles these days thinking of BOA! *ewww*

Whatever, the reason behind the ranking BOA is enjoying her latest success after Oricon News made a statement that Boa has achieved the second best record in the Japanese music history after Ayumi Hamasaki, who managed to get eight albums top on the music chart.

Boa also showed her thanks through an entry on March 5, in her Japanese Oricon blog. She will soon prepare her 14-City Japanese Tour held from May 8 to June 29. This brings to mind the initial SM announcement on her US debut plans starting at the end of MARCH!??? ****** Enough with lying to us already!?!!! Feels terrible we have no voice to let them hear us!

Can anyone guess who the girl is?!

The picture kinda gave it way … but it is Lina, of Cheon Sang Ji Hee (CSJH) the Grace!! She was a guest model for Ed Hardy’s Kobe 08 Collection in Kobe, Japan on the 25th and was complimented as luxurious and a rock star! The vintage tattoo clothing model said it were first time modelling as a model and was nervous but since she had a little experience in modelling, it wasn’t that bad and hopes to do more in the future!!
