BoA is to join a Musical with other SM Entertainment members such as: KangTa (H.O.T.), CSJH The Grace, and DBSK! It was stated on 2007/12/05 by Mr. SM that they are planning to produce a stage musical for next year. These artists are currently SM Entertainment’s biggest stars. They hope to follow in Bada, Ok Ju Hyun, Kim Tae Woo, and Andy’s success in musicals and ride out their popularity even more.
“Xandu”, a broadway musical is an “affectionate send-up” of the flop 80’s movie that starred Olivia Newton-John, is most likely to be their first show. Hopefully all ten of them will be doing it together [OMG… imagine Junsu and BoA romance for the musical?!]. Though they have not completely licensed the deal, they are still looking for a mid sized theatre that seats 600-800 people. Their only luck are such theatres like ‘M Theater’ in Sejong Center of Performing Arts or ‘The Towel Theatre’ at Seoul Arts Center. Yoo Hee Sung was asked to handle the location of the stadium, but since all major stadiums are booked, it seems like fans will have to wait till 2009! Sources say that SM Entertainment liked the idea of the musical though because the music centering around it was very pop and catchy.
Let’s hope they’re right … SM Entertainment has been looking for diversity in all kinds of ways. From modeling, voice acting, OST singing, etc… now musicals. Mr. SM has already mentioned upon several occasions to have BoA branch out into musicals, but it’s only now he’s taking real steps. He’s already bought small theatres around Korea (about four of them to be exact) so now the next step are soon coming together.
So, you know what this means folks! BoA’s going back to Korea next year! I KNEW IT! I had a feeling 2008 would be her comeback year with all her pre-comeback events in Korea lately. But to my dismay, this has been followed by mixed reviews though; CJ Entertainment’s head of performance, Kim Byung Suk, said that this will be a great opportunity to widen his branches in the market even further. But he also mentioned that the success of the musical depends on how well the singers can act and sing/stage presence, the scripts, and the stage rather than the popularity of the star or composer.

So back to the business …
after that literally failed “Love Letter” single, the concept of the new “Loose your mind” single went on as what any other entertainment company in his right mind would do! …. that is to take the concept on sexy gears! right?
But you sometimes think … that SM guy who looses control over his dropped jaw with that smirky nasty smile whenever interviewer brings out BOA’s name .. would at least care this much for the girl in return of all these cashes BOA brought over the years (only if it was enough to make it to pay SM’s phone and electricity bills) at least save her image in the public eye! Nah my friends … Lee Soo Man proved to me once again that he is no different than a stereotypical label company!
Now .. it’s not much of her image (make up and dress itself) here on this MV that brings up the question of this “new-whatever-you-call-it” image … actually let me be honest! This is only if we exclude a little tiny part of the wardrobe! (in my opinion whoever suggested that gray panties in contrast to the all over black dress … did SM GOOD … cuz it makes even your brain to stare it’s soul damn right at the hang of her crotch the whole time) .. it’s more that camera’s zooms is 90% time FOCUSED on the butt area for mother of heaven and that is that Lap-dancing piece that got me unease!
BOA’s signature This is our holiday special to those fanatics living across the oceans. This is for them to sit down practice BOA’s signature and draw it for themselves on her new single as a special Xmass gift! (am I too mean?)
As our BOA’s expert sLaVe informed me this single will be officially releases on 2007/12/12 and it isn’t like any other Christmas singles that BoA has released over these past 7 years! wow! *i guess we got the idea already!* so we too can’t help but wonder how the ranking will turn out this time! sLaVe is also hoping the way it goes BoA doesn’t (get forced) to turn into the next Koda Kumi *outch*
Hopefully this single will do better than what her last 2 singles did … If you are new to BOA, those last two singles as i recall both landed at somewhere in 17th position in ranking charts (correct me if i am wrong) I was corrected by our expert that LOVE LETTER actually won an award in Japan and it made it to the top ten for the first few weeks, then sank on to 17 ……Her other single, SWEET IMPACT, peaked at number 5 in Oricon. It didn’t do as good as her others, but it still made top 10 oricon. So anyways, I bet if this one fails too (in a sense that it won’t make it as far as sale rankings that BOA is known for) .. no matter if thunder blows south Korea apart in half, earth quakes sinks Japan under the ocean, Jesus appears in the between, we win the war in Iraq, Brittany spear gets pregnant for the third time … SM will defiantly pulls the “acting” card this time for REAL! Oh btw that Ballet story of SM’s new motion project that poeple been chewing their nails thinking it was gonna be BOA’s piece actually ended up going to GO ARA ppffew!
So this “Lose your mind” song itself as sLaVe explained me talks about boys not knowing what girls want, so she’s getting bored. She wants someone that can make her wild “Stimulate me with a Wild Beat… I want you more and more into my dreams”. Aigoo, stimulation around Xmass time!! wow that is unheard of!!! This just tells me how important this single’s ranking is to them (hey! but I can be wrong)~!

sLaVe: Artists of one of Korea’s biggest Entertainment companies, SM Entertainment, that is responsible for artists that have started/made the Hallyu bigger around Asia, now are back for their biannual album, this time releasing ‘SM TOWN 2007 Winter’ compilation.
Their title track, ‘Only Love’ deals with children who have been neglected and they need to be loved. It has a joint chorus with everyone singing. It’s now being used as the theme song for Korea’s Children Foundation and 5% of the album’s profits will be going to this foundation. I’m glad to see Boa finally joined with the rest of the company as last year she had to do her scenes separately from the rest and wasn’t in the groups shots.

Here is my say about MKMF and clarify some things up…even though the topic has kinda died down now and I was gonna post this yesterday but Chris posted and I didn’t want to conflict with her post!! If u haven’t read it, go now cuz Shenyue is leaving!! And as a warning… I got really heated while reading the comments and writing this and I had a crappy day at school and on my way home cuz it was Monday (when I wrote this) …so, don’t take it too personally and I’m sorry if it sounds repetitive!! At first, this post was just to clarify about the show and SuJu but turns out writing about the show go too long…and now the SuJu thing will have its own separate post…
MKMF turned out to be a disaster because of a few main factors:
1. Attendees and performers
Some people received an invitation but didn’t go because of busy schedules…even though I don’t get how…cuz MKMF is like the biggest award show in Korea and like everything stops just for this award show! Some people rejected the invitation because they already knew they weren’t winning so going to this show will be useless. Getting all pampered up for this show is worst than a wedding…it’s like Oscar’s night in Hollywood! Some people decided not to show up an hour before the show started *coughminwoocough* and because some people didn’t show up, some performances were cancelled. Ivy didn’t show up because she’s still in hiding…but she can’t stay hidden forever…she’s gonna have to come out and face the media one day and everyone is waiting for that day! For some odd reason, only Junsu and BoA were to perform for Anyband…when there are 4 people in it and Tablo was there. FTTS didn’t show up for who knows what reason…they’re probably busy preparing for their concert! Minwoo’s cancellation caused JYP to stand alone on stage for like 10 whole minutes with the ugliest outfit ever…its worst than Andre Kim’s space suit and painted hair! Haha! AND NO, MNET DID NOT LIE TO THE TVXQ FANS! TVXQ and BoA were to arrive back in Japan but the excuse of “bad weather” prevented them from showing up! The weather was fine in Japan and was only raining and beginning to snow in Korea but people still walked the red carpet with no jackets!! Because my friend is a crazy Gackt fan, she said that he was in Canada (BC specifically) recently for a photo shoot so he probably able to make it to Korea if he took off from Canada, even though the weather here isn’t much better than Korea!.
2. Awards
I’m tired of hearing all the complaints on the results! MKMF had its judging criteria and wasn’t just based on the votes by fans!! To read more about the rules of the voting process, click here http://www.arirang.co.kr/event/2007MKMF/introduction.asp. And scroll half way down the page for more info about the whole process before u go on ranting about who should get which award… I’m sick of hearing non-stop complaints from fans!! And complaining now won’t make Mnet change the awards around! The voting/judging process is not rigged unless “professional” judges were playing favorites or if SM really paid or kissed his way in for the awards…haha!! Regarding the “Overseas Artist Award” on Arirang, blame all those people who made like 20 accounts just to vote for their favorite artists!! I didn’t cheat though! I had an account and I’ve had it for over a year now. Arirang stopped online registrations a few days before polls closed so it was too late to save the crazy voting!! So to all those fans out there who’s complaining about it, stop saying Shinhwa shouldn’t get it just cuz they didn’t have much overseas activities. It’s because their fans are very united, very supporting and they can never stop voting!!
3. Mnet and fans
More controversy came up when the TVXQ fans found out that their boys weren’t gonna show up. They got mad because they bought tickets (and who knows much how they paid!) and stood in line all day (so they could get good seats…seats were assigned). At the beginning and during the show, Mnet staff still said the boys were gonna show up and then as the show went on, the mnet staff then said they were showing up so the fans stood up and wanted to leave. Mnet on the other hand, already had its doors locked. It’s to prevent people without tickets and permission/authority from getting in. Mnet has the responsibility for the stadium since they’re renting it just for the show. They also didn’t want the fans leaving because it’s disrespectful to other artists and the fans took up most of the seats…meaning if the fans weren’t there, the stadium wouldn’t have been as filled. But I would’ve sued them if they didn’t let me out! Mnet then “apologized” and said they never confirmed that the boys were coming! But when I watched the show, just before the show started, they had this train going across the screen listing in alphabetical order who was attending the show! TVXQ, BoA, FTTS, Ivy, Wheesung, the Shinhwa boys and some other artists were among that list that didn’t show up!

[DAMMIT ALL! BoA was gonna perform in Korea AGAIN! FUKC FUKC FUKC!!!!!]
Despite the rainy weather around Asia, the MKMF awards still continued.
Ahem, anyway. Let’s get to the point. By now, if you’re a big Korean Entertainment fan and is with it in all the latest news, you probably know about all the shock and rage from the fan(girls) whose idols did not win. Before I continue, see for yourself what the award show was like with the >>Compiled MKMF videos<< I compiled.
Well, let’s start with the DBSK fans. DBSK and BoA were stuck in Japan and could not make it to the award ceremony and perform. Poor fans! But what angered them the most is that DBSK didn’t win anything this year, quite a shocker yes (well to the fangirls at least)? Sources say that maybe it really wasn’t the weather’s fault… but more like the boys being too tired from a performance they did on the same day. If they had flied to Korea right after, it would have been too late for preparations. Lucky for them that the weather just happened to be bad so they could make an excuse not to come!
The weather was not so bad in Japan, but it was in Korea (or so they say…). Supposedly bad enough that flights to Korea were canceled, or that it was too dangerous for celebs like BoA and DBSK to be taking.
Can’t blame this one on BoA though, for her performances were done in the 16th and not on the same day. DBSK needs a better schedule manger. Their fangroup, Cassiopeia, fought with the guard because they didn’t come! M.net said that there was not a ‘board post’ that ensure DBSK for attend the event, so DBSK’s fans don’t have to make a big drama for this. Mr. SM on the other hand said, “Today on MKMF are invited some of our artists like Super Junior, CSJH and SNSD” so the absence of TVXQ wont cause a lot of controversy.”
After seeing the performance list, Tablo and BoRa were not included in the ANYBAND performance. Which was quite odd seeing as Epik High was there for Tablo to be able to participate. Here’s the set list of what it should have been:

Now, it’s my favorite time… the rant. Yes, and after you read this, you can share with me all your thoughts.
I’ll start off with the good, since there were people who deserved it. To make it easier for you, I shortened my reasons (ya’ll know how much I like to write ) Who’s on the list: SG Wannabe – Come on. These boys? What group can compete with such ballad vocal? No competition there. Epik High (for Hip Hop artists) – With awesome writing skillz and flow, it’s no disappointment here(I only say that because FreeStyle didn’t come out with anything) Clazziquai – Can anyone really compete with them this year? They’re so damn catchy. Humming Urban Stereo would have been a close call though.
(Definitely ma girl) Younha – Come on, piano skillz? Vocal skillz? Writing skillz? Even language skillz? And now dancing skills: >>1<< >>2<< Wodner Girls (best new female) – But then again, it could have been anyone like KARA or SNSD really. Black Pearl – no, Baby Vox Rev – no.
SeeYa – What other group out there that isn’t new deserves this?
Big Bang (for best male group and song of the year) – There’s no doubt about it. They were all over the media this year. I think they even deserved other awards…
So you’ve heard how SuJu was supposed to win the award that BIG BANG won, and the award that SuJu won was an award that someone else won. And now news has hit that there was a mistake, etc etc. Honestly, why is SuJu mad? Because they won an award they didn’t deserve and didn’t get the one that they paid for? This is the exact reason why Minwoo and Shin Hye stepped out of MKMF, they knew it as rigged! MKMF awarded those who had great achievement lately, not the whole year. If they did award for achievement through out the year, it would have been KARA’s award that Wonder Girl’s got. And where’s Fly to the Sky? Don’t tell me they don’t deserve something. Kim Ji Eun? As a new artist, she’s been blowing people away!
Which brings me back to my first topic. Bad weather? Of course not! They knew this was going to be a joke of an award show! If the weather was so bad in Seoul, BoA and the boys could have took a flight to another airport in Korea and drove there!
Now, you may be asking yourself, “If it’s rigged, then why do they even bother to make poles?” Well the more interactive shows like these are, the more people will watch to see if their idols won.
And Super Junior as ‘ARTISTS OF THE YEAR’ ARTIST?! Dose anyone KNOW what an artist is?! FOR THE LOVE OF YO MAMA, artists are not a bunch of boys who sing with no over the top talent! Tell me, ANYONE, especially you crazy fangirls, EXACTLY what is their talent? What is it that they contribute to the ART of music? To the ART of dancing?! For heaven’s sake, even their hair isn’t a work of art! Their fashion is far from it as they all dress alike! And their faces look like abstract to me! Gah, I am furious. It’s bad enough that they took home a bunch of a awards, but it angers me that they got ARTIST of the year! If BIG BANG won this, but lost ‘MALE GROUP OF THE YEAR’, I would have been fine. I probably would have still preferred BIG BANG for both, but at least I know that a group deserved something for their art for G-Dragon actually wrote the song that got them the attention they so deserved.
Only awards SuJu deserved were the ‘AUCTION NETIZEN POPULARITY’ and ‘MOBILE POPULARITY’ awards. Why? Because there are so many freaking fans on the internet and mobile, that’s why. Plus, remember how many ’supporting’ fans SuJu had when they boycotted Henry joining? (Oh~ the love~ *eye roll*) End of statement, that’s a fact.
That being said, here’s my list of those who are undeserved: SuJu – ‘Artists’ my ass. IVY – No, not because of her so called “sex scandal” (it ain’t a scandal till there’s proof. So show me the goods already!) but because I don’t see her as talent. Kim Ji Eun or Lee Jung Hee totally deserved it. Shinhwa – OKAY fucking seriously. More people know BoAin the U.S., her career is bigger in Japan (it IS the biggest Korean career in Japan), and China knows her as well. Let’s not forget the South Asians who praise her too! I think maybe even RAIN (as much as I hate him) might have deserved this!

Anyway, enough with that; let’s get to the fun part!
Before the award ceremony, all I would read about in the girl group forums (forums for KARA, SNSD, and Wonder Girls) were voting for the DANCE BATTLE. Being that I’m a fan of the three of them, I couldn’t choose!
My exact thoughts while watching this (I took out the drooling comments ;]):
Uhhh how exactly did BLACK PEARL even get a part when hey didn’t dance?
And SNSD had the same dance from their video… KARA actually used a NEW dance and performed a remix… Wonder Girls came out in gun and interactive way, really confident too.
Competition was definitely between KARA and WG. All the songs were great though. And the Individual dances were good! Nicole danced for KARA, SunYe danced for Wonder Girls, Mika danced for BLACK PEARL, and prodigy HyoYun danced for SNSD/SuShi. Dizzam, you saw how everyone got up for HyoYun? XD
Mika chick messed up in the beginning of the last group dance (you have to watch closely)
Surprised that Sun Ye was the one that danced, and not Ye Eun or SooHee (whom by the way is looking a lot less…weird looking but more like really pretty).
But ‘Best dance’ award goes to CSJH? I mean, I know Stephanie is awesome, and all four of them are hot… but the bigger topics this year were KARA, Wonder girls, and SNSD…. As much as I wanted KARA to win, I really thought with Wonder Girl’s ‘Tell Me’ spreading like the black plague, that it would win!
In the end, the congratulations goes to WONDER GIRLS who took the prize for the dance battle. And I must say, this song from Black Pearl ain’t bad… the first song I heard from them was not my type at all… but I see their voices are really good. But good enough to be with SeeYa and Brown Eyed Girls?

Trend of the night: FUR. Seriously, everyone and their mama was wearing fur! Even sexy Lee Da Hae wore it for her performance!
Who looked the hottest that night? Lee Da Hae, that’s who. Never mind that her version of I Love Rock and Roll was laughed over by some (I thought it was okay until the chorus…) but admit it. She was hot. Her outfit in yellow… >>was hot<<. Did I mention it was hot?
OH! But let’s not forget that she played the drums! And ya’ll know how much props I give on that.
Other stars of the night:
Nice to see Park Si Yun (from My Girl) in there and looking good and the leader of the Park team on XMAN (sorry, I forget her name!) was looking great as well. And man, Younha came in style! She was looking great AND someone was holding the umbrella for her (talk about pampered!). Unlike Wonder Girls, who had the wind and rain falling on them.
All in all, horrible show. No Se7en, no BoA, no DBSK, not even Hyori!? And Gackt didn’t even perform LAST SONG? —- Wait, why WAS >>Gackt<< there in the first place? XD Why not Angela Aki, Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, YUI or Kamiki Aya? Hell, Morning Musume was there, why not them? Was it because Gackt is such a sexy beast? If so, they should have asked The GazettE to come, since there’s five sexy beasts in there. All young too. Mhhm mhmm *nod nod*

From what i know, Dennis’ Honeybees derived from associating Dennis as a flower, and his fans as honeybees gather around the flower. Not bad. The question is, if Dennis was a flower,what flower would a broad 188 cm tall make? a broad 188 cm tall PLUS 6 pack abs. (which reminds me, did you know, our not-so-boy-anymore boys of Super Junior call it “chocolate”? duh. I’m craving for your body, Siwon dear, but the chocolate thing just turned me off.)
Rain’s Clouds came up after the thought that rain can’t exist without the clouds. Climatologically perfect. So now we know Cloud’s surname is Cumulonimbus.
Lucky Se7en perhaps is a generous deed of Se7en’s fans’, wishing him a good luck in beating Rain’s popularity. But dear, i don’t know, it just sounds pathetic to me.
The not-so-friendly Everlasting Friends have lately, contribute bad impact to Super Junior, more than the name itself suggested. The idea was beautiful (this is purely my thought. I don’t know what’s behind the choosing of Everlasting Friends name) , who doesn’t want to have everlasting friendship, as-supposedly- shown by the 13 members (or perhaps soon, 14) of Super Junior? and maybe the friendship Super Junior build with their fans . But for the sake of my greedy feminine soul’s, if i could choose, i want more than friendship with the pretty boys. Skinship, to be more specific, would do me good.
But there’s nothing surpasses Jumping BoA in making “What the….??” expression on our face. If there’s any reason behind the name, that must be something beyond my wildest imagination. It reflects nothing about the fans, and simply suggests a lack of creativity.

FRAPPIN’ FINALLY! Fuack man, I’ve been waiting for this commercial for so long. How long exactly? 2007/9/03! And it was only weeks later in early October that I realized that there still hadn’t been a commercial which was completely odd. Odd because Jessica Alba and Lee Hyori’s commercial together was released less than two weeks after it was reported. And that’s when I though….
“And what is up with the CM, BoA-unnie?! I know it doesn’t take that long… unless that whole CM was just a story cover up and you really made my dreams come true because you’re really with JUNSU! I mean, when Jessica Alba and Hyori did a commercial in Vancouver, Canada, they released the CM less than two weeks later! And they still had time to make interviews and translate it and etc! So that’s it! Junsu was the boy you were being blackmailed for by that college student, and you knew it was forbidden, and because MR. SM is such a jerk and not letting you back to Korea, he got you covered with money!
It’s been how many weeks now since the news and spotting of you guys in Australia, Brazil, and buncha other places? And the reason why those two other celebs were with you was because you went on a double date/vacation so it’s less obvious! Oh, you guys are so smart and clever! You know that if you were to get caught in Korea, all the crazy DBSK fangirls would kill you and you might loose a lot of your female fans that were DBSK fans as well (if such things exist anymore, those damn hating ajuumas…!), and that’s why you are afraid to come back to Korea and have been absent!“ *cricket cricket* Hey, every fan has their fangirl/fanboy tourette’s syndrome keep acting up! Okay, so I’ll shut up now so you can watch and ENJOY this commercial.
Before I get onto the news about the four people, I will share my opinion (but what’s new? I always do!).
When the commercial was finally finalized but not yet released, while looking at the previews and pictures I thought to myself “The heck? Every time there are more pictures for this commercial, it looks more and more like a movie! And it wouldn’t surprise me seeing as it took them forever just to release!”
But now that it has been released, I can say I was quite satisfied. And because I like to get other people’s opinion other than mine, here’s what someone from BoAsHouse thought about the commercial and how they interpreted it:
“The campaign tries to imply that today’s societies are becoming a world without love, fun, or happiness. We as citizens are merely slaves to society, going to work, eat, and sleep, without any time for leisure. Samsung’s new logo, “Talk Play Love,” tries to persuade people to have some leisure in their lives by talking, loving, and playing on their cell phones.” – BoAsHouse
To me, it seemed to me like some epic suspense/action movie (like Rseident Evil, minus the zombies) where people are ordered to do certain things only and completely forget what technology has done for them but also forgot how to live their loves because of all the work they have to do (thanks to technology). So the four star’s mission is to get everyone to act more human again and do that by actually communicating with other people (through their sexy phones of course!).
Haha, but one part I still don’t get is why they got a couple of hot chicks to take off their shirts just because they were free from being caged up. Come on now, really, would THAT be the first thing you’d do, girls?
Mmmm, Tablo looked hotter than Junsu in the commercial. Junsu is my davorite DBSK member, but for some reason, I recognized Tablo more (which always seems to happen even in DBSK. Poor Junsu!). It’s odd how in the conference thingie, BoRa looked a bit chuby but in the commercial, she looked normal. Anyway, other than that, everyone looked great! ~ I was totally digging their fashion. It’s like watching a Korean movie where all the urban, dancers, or bad kids are dressed like that. That kind of fashion is nice to me. Plus, it’s ED HARDY! Mmm, Ed Hardy <3 And did you notice how short BoA’s skirt was? It’s as short as Hyori’s in her drama, ‘If in Love… Like them’.
Oh yeah… and the phones (right, I forgot). Man, SamSung phones are so hot! They always have the best commercial people to advertise. I've got a SamSung phone myself, but I'm looking to upgrade. I guess commercializing with celebrities really does work! How do I know for sure? Well, me, as a fan, wants to get Samsung phones because people like Junsu, BoA, Jun Ji Hyun, and Lee Junki advertise it. Plus, the songs are catchy! In America, how often is it that an artist writes/sings a song JUST for a commercial? That's some great marketing Korea has!
AND THE SONGS! Freaking catchy buggers! I wonder which one will be their advertisement song for commercials... BoRa really got me with her piano skills. It was cool how she was the only one really playing her instrument. I’m not one really for faking instruments since I actually do play. But oh well, at least the rest of the three are talented in their own ways!
And ohmigawd, did you see that "drama" thing going on that Tablo and BoA did?! It's almost like T: "BoA, I love you, but I can't tell you" B: "Lalala, love, anylove, anyband, lalalala, everyone be happy, lalala" T: "Sigh, she'll never know. Man, she's such a kind person". Oh man, if there isn't going to be an album for this group, at least let there be a drama! THAT'D BE SO HOT, MR. SM! BRING BOA BACKKKKKK!!!!!! Though I sorta wanted Junsu and BoA to be the focus… now that I see how cool and cute Tablo is (wow, I can’t believe I haven’t checked out that much Epik High to know that Tablo was that cute) I definitely would support this pairing *nod nod*.
All in all, you can tell I loved it. Probably more than the hot commercial of Lee Hyori and Jessica Alba together (those two are hot)! Do I miss Hyori and Jun Ji Hyun doing it? Yeah I do, but at the moment I don’t care! Then again, Jun Ji Hyun most likely is still a sponsor since she actually is a model, and her commercials were so sexy. Sorta disappointed too though because I was wishing the rumor was true about Junsu and BoA being lovers… Rats! >>Photoshoot picture<<
The commercial gave a good feel vibe because it promoted happiness of course :] And the band had good chemistry together.

This will be BoA’s first commercial as an AnyCall model. I didn’t care of the outcome because I knew all the DBSK fangirls would of course vote a million times for Junsu, it wouldn’t have been a shock, And it didn’t matter because BoA was clearly the lead singer. She was the only one with the mic all to herself, not faking an instrument. Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't watch much DBSK anymore, but Junsu never seemed like the type to lead anything, sometimes he'd be too shy. He may be the topic of things sometimes, but never to lead. He's too shy.
BoA has her shy moments, but for the most part, she's pretty out going. And that's what a leader needs to be in a group like this. >>The results taken before aired commercial<<.

There’s not much word on what she did today (or yesterday? Korean time) for her birthday. Hopefully she wasn’t spending it working again. Or in Japan. But I doubt that since she’s been busy making that CF and promoting it. Last year she was having a large concert tour in Japan during her birthday.

Asian superstar, BoA, has done it again. Topping the polls for her third award this month!
The first award this month was given to her on 2007/10/07 from the ‘14th Annual Korea Entertainment Masterpiece Award Ceremony’ (jeez, could the title be any longer?). This award was also presented to DBSK on the group category -for excelling in Korean (music) arts, culture, and global entertainment- making two grand slams for Mr. SM.
Then again, another award was given on 2007/10/18 for the ‘Young Contemporary Artist Award’. She was given this more prestigious award for the same reasons as the first. Yeah, hate on you anti-fans, HATE ON ‘cuz BoA can’t hear ya with all the screaming fans.
Her latest winning was in a poll at a Korean poll for ‘The artist with the Best Album covers’. Some sources say that the poll was about artists who can probably make the best album cover using their own photographical skills, and some say that it’s a poll on which artists makes the best album covers. This poll started on 2007/10/18 and since then, she’s been topping it with over 900 votes (out of 2000). Either way, the comments from the site say that BoA would top it because she’s been interested in photography for quite some time, and her modeling for her OLYMPUS commercials were spectacular. Coming in second place was Ppaekga of Koyote, followed by Na-Eol of Brown Eyes, Park Ji-Yoon and Seong Si-Kyeong.
And a rather weird poll was taken quite a while ago, but it’s still worth a share. ‘Which artist will you save when Japan sinks underwater?’ was the name of the poll. If you couldn’t figure it out, the participants are native Koreans who are very well known in Japan. BoA made number two in the poll, behind Lee Seung Yup, a famous baseball player playing for a Japanese team. Why is it not surprising that Korea would save their baseball players before their singers? (haha).
In other news, not relating to Korea *tear* BoA will have another single in Japan *another tear*. Normally, her singles releasing during the winter season are ballads. But in a recent interview, she wrote an upbeat Christmas song! Yay, now Shen-unni won’t be confused like she was in >>Meri Kuri<< when BoA made a sad ballad for Christmas!
