SEAMO-kun was able to make his dream come true-sing at BUDOKAN therefore making him happy.
I enjoyed singing with him as well.

He was shy as usual…

But when he performs on stage he becomes very energetic and running around till the end.

In the end we took a commemorative photo.

-The suffix “-kun” is kinda of like the Japanese oppa but SOMETIMES it can be used for girls. It’s less formal than the Mr./Mrs. (-san)
-BUDOKAN is a very big stadium in Japan, the largest when it comes to having concert tours. BoA and other big artist have concerts there all the time. Because J-urban music (rap/hip hop) isn’t as big as the mainstream pop and rock, it’s sometimes rare to see J-urban artists

Hello how is everyone?
Today is the last day of the year…
At this very point around this time of the year. I try to take time to remember what happened earlier!!!

Yesterday was the Japanese Record Awards and I was nervous.

Futa-kun is my birthday present

The face looks slightly real don’t you think?
But the legs are way too long!!!

When something good happens I start to feed him a ¥500 (500円) coin
I’m happy for my new form of savings now…

translation note:
I have no clue what futa means, so I’m guessing it’s the name of her pig. I’ve never heard of a name futa, so it’s not common. In Japan, there’s a famous ‘red bear’ named Futa-kun though. The suffix “-kun” is sort of like saying “Mr.” making it playful (the REAL “Mr./Mrs.” is “-san”).

December is a busy time for towns, it’s Christmas.

Man… these just keep getting harder and harder. She needs to stop using such hard words, haha. And as you can see, I did this one all by myself. The usual translator that I read from and edit as well, didn’t do it yet… someone else did, but their translations were way off.

Here’s a present:

[I don't really like her voice in this performance (she's done WAY better, even with this song) but this is the latest performance she did. Supposedly, she's been getting vocal lessons to change her voice. Which is weird, because she already has such a versatile voice...]
Anyway, I quickly translate her conversation with the lady at the end:
The host said her performance was really great and BoA thanked her formally. Then the host wanted to know more about Meri-Kuri after commenting that it was a nice song, and asked why it was written as a christmas song. BoA said something about it having a Christmas feel… or something. And right now, she is int he process of writing/recording a new Christmas single.

Meh heh heh, I’m so glad I got to be a writer. Now I get to publicly wish her Happy Birthday!

That’s BoA and DANA (from CSJH; The Grace). I think my sources say that was taken today.

There’s not much word on what she did today (or yesterday? Korean time) for her birthday. Hopefully she wasn’t spending it working again. Or in Japan. But I doubt that since she’s been busy making that CF and promoting it. Last year she was having a large concert tour in Japan during her birthday.
