This girl has poor fashion stylist and her MV looks like a product of 80’s, even her stage name sounds so 80’s, but they call her the girl version of Se7en. She can sing, i guess, but it’s pretty hard to find similarity between her and Se7en. Seems like she’s just another teenage artist like Min. Apparently, the 17 yo May Doni was once under YG and JYP as trainee, and got famous because of that. *pause*…well..yeah, whatever “that” is.
She officially debuted thru Music Bank on March 7, 2008 under the new label Neganetworks. Like some other stories we’re familiar with, she was born in America, moved back to SK for training, and of course like some other American-ish Korean artists we’re familiar with, lacking off in English department.
Her song 끌려 Ggeulyuh is part of Jo PD & Yoon Il-Sang’s Project Album titled PDIS. Jo PD was present to accompany her on stage.

They might look almost the same (Hee Chul’s a bit prettier…), but this guy Suh Kang Yoon attends credible school and sings in a band. as in real band, with people playing instruments and all that.
He gained his sudden popularity after appearing in M-Net’s X-Boyfriend in 2006 and crowned as “Seoul University’s Kim Hee Chul”. And he decides to extend his five-minutes of fame, as him and his rock band, “Napoleon Dynamite”, will soon release their first album
Until now, Kang Yoon was active in Hong Dong’s club scene and ranked #1 on various portal sites along with his guitarist.
Napoleon Dynamite band consists of Napoleon (Suh Kang Yoon, vocal), Paedelo (base), D (2nd guitarist), who have past experience performing and also won the 2006 University Gayo competition, along with Talmood (1st guitarist) and Choi Sun Seng (drums) to make a total of 5 members. Super Kid member Park Gwa Jang is the producer and together they will release their first album.
Their song, “Even if you don’t eat,” was also featured as the OST for the 2007 drama “Evasive Inquiry Agency.”
Napoleon Dynamite’s first album will consist of funky disco songs and ballads.
Another star look-alike who is using their popularity to enter the entertainment industry.
i won’t be happy if i were him, since everyone now will associate him as “The Hee Chul Resemblance”..huh..

that funny voice at the beginning is YunHwa’s, very j-style. They don’t have the magnificent dance, but no problemo for me, when it comes to dance, i only dig for b-boys (no singing, lads, just focus on your body.) I’m not really into the song too, but it’s quite refreshing. The only thing that sounds cool is the rap, and the only one who looks cool is the rapper, the other two look kinda feminine in the video.

It’s an old issue, yeah, we all know that those (well, maybe most of) Kcelebs’ looks are nothing more original than a made-in-China Phrada or Louise Vuitton bag.

what’s with all these huge make-overs?really, i used to think that there was nothing to be fuss about, that plastic beauty is totally natural in the business, but hey, allow me to spit it out as i have an access to a blog. a famous one, that is.
So let’s see what these celebs have to earn their tags as, well, celebs. Maybe we can learn something from them.
what do you expect from your idols? Me? i want my idols to have all in a package. The talent and the figure. And i want them real. so, circle lenses are not enough, eh?ooh no, they need permanent bigger eyes (for clearer visions?perhaps…) so long for natural/traditional beauty…plastic is natural now.
Not that there’s no true natural looks, if we dig deep enough, sure we can find those real beauties. I won’t mention the ladies, we all know who the minorities are. But check out Mr. Rain. (Well, i won’t say he’s a beauty, but he’s okay.) I’m not sure if he’s ever done anything to his unsymmetrical slanted eyes, but wow, who can count how many diehard ahjummas he has.

Now, now, this whole thing can’t be just about physical figure, isn’t it? of course not. Good looks, real or fake, would be just a boring accessories if you don’t have the aura. They say Lee Hyori is a natural beauty (well, there goes the relativity of natural. I’d say Ganguro look -afro look, popular in Japan- is definitely not a natural way to define beauty, but guess natural of Lee Hyori meaning no knife). And, she has the aura. now read carefully.
For me, she combines the aura of sex appeal and , not necessarily stupid, but dumb, yes. Who would believe a person who said “I will use my sexiness to conquer Japan” has an IQ high enough to count her pride?not me.
And that way, she’s not boring. oh yeah, she’s not.
Of course, that’s not the only choice of aura. It’s a tentative matter. You can be smart, elegance, snob, bitchy, holy, whatever. Just don’t be plain.
Shim Eun Kyung a korean actress admits that she cannot see anything from her left eye because of an accident that took place while she was filming the movie JoPokManura(TOugh WIfe)!!!Scary!!!But, still she told all her fans that she was okay and there was no problem in her regular lifestyle!!!Let’s all wish her luck in getting back her sight of her left eye.
