It feels as if the world has come to an end! we have seen this bunch of SUJU wanna-be(s) collaborations with everyone you can think of so far … from Eugene to SEEYA but now Sushi-Nova!? what on earth were they thinking!!! the last thing I wanna see is to get them dance “Tell Me” around the stage!!! One thought, How much do they pay around to get these collabs? … if there is a good bucks somewhere we don’t mind helping out a bit!
But seriously if they had to do this many collabs to get their name around then shouldn’t they think there is something fundamentally wrong with this boy band to begin with!?
Wish they would at least pity on us …. ever since their one hour long debut MV, we haven’t had enough time to digest them. Now, they have them combined with 9 look-alike cheerleaders we can’t even distinguish apart since this very day!!!?? why not add suju to the league next time? I donno about u people … but to me … this CF seems like has been filmed in a random high school with bunch of even more random high schoolers!

Super Nova is a new group under Mnet Entertainment (Including Lee Hyori, and SG wannabe). Super Nova & Super Junior both attended MBC Music Core on Sept. 29th. Super Nova showed off their new song, “Hit.” A lot of the audiences gave them a very high praise. Super Junior performed their title song, “Don’t Don” which was also highly accepted by the audiences. A lot of the media are now comparing Super Nova to Super Junior, not only because they are in the same career field, but because they are a “boy group” too. Do you guys think Super Nova will be as successful as SuJu? Or do you think they’ll surpass them?
We can’t really predict what will happen, but we do know stuff about SM Entertainment. SM is a very well known company in both Korea and Japan. Korea is not SM’s only target. SM wanted their artists to be successful internationally too! (Like BoA, DBSK, and Kangta…) Is the comparison about to start? Or, is it just a private competing between the 2 groups?
(Did yall smell the fire passed by Suju, when they said Super Junior at the end of the show??? I guess they are trying to prove something~ and why is heechul screaming during his part?? funny!!!)

Why on earth did they make this superlong MV? it’s even longer than Michael Jackson’s Ghosts!
I didn’t make it to the end, i just can’t stand 30-so minutes just for an MV. But it has pretty cool dance, like it for that.
When i started joining Shen in this blog, i really had no idea that i was facing somekinda re-run of my early teenage days about 10 years ago. Why is that?well, if you’re around my age, do you remember the product of our times?Backstreet Boys? 5IVE? or FIVE, however you write it. Boyzone (Stephen Gately made me shed my tears when he announced that he was gay)? 911? Nick Lachey’s group? Ultra? N’Sync? oooo..i remember i had a list of boybands, and i checked on the the list everytime i got a new poster or pin-up…
I’m over my boyband crush era. OR so i thought. I never knew that 10 years later i’d have my eyes on korean entertainment industry, what’s more, that is flooded by boybands. Now so what if some of my friends are getting married or having their babies, while i’m sitting in front of my computer, lurking around the net, drooling over a bunch of boys doing lyp-sync on the stage and hopping and jumping around?. nothing.
just a little bit embarassing. you know. if i get red handed by my parents.
But i can’t help wondering. These boys can’t be boybands forever, can they? in fact some of them are way too old to be called “boys”. Of course, they might have plan to go solo or pursue acting career after they finally disband. but is there enough space for the ex-members in the industry? i guess some of their fame will fade as the short-lived boyband stardom also fades. I grinned ear-to-ear when i saw Hee Chul of SuJu talked to Lee Teuk in a show, “You know, i’m just thinking about my future. I can’t still be Junior when i’m 30″.
Even the idea of a group of 25 year old guys dancing and lypsync-ing on the stage seems ridiculous to me, sometimes.
So what’s my point, you ask?
nothing. i just wanna say, no matter how ridiculous i think those not-so-boy-anymore boybands are, i’m still here writing about them. watching their videos. dreaming to touch Siwon’s new abs.
