I wasn’t really planning on writing anything on F.cuz (mostly ‘cuz’ I didn’t care enough ) but after watching their teaser, I just couldn’t help it.

Just in case you haven’t, here it is

Secret must have had some impact on the industry to already have a male version of themselves. One even really looks like a member of Secret, I’d say the one with the super cheesy toothy smile, but they all had them on.

Their name’s pronounced “Focus” as in focusing on singing? Music?  I dunno, but that teaser was all about one thing.

No, not the cheesy j-pop-like music they had playing (A little T-Max inspiration, maybe?) but…

F.cuz stands for “Four” as in four guys, and “Because” cuz its an idol group and their names never make sense.

I keep accidentally calling them F(x) O_O

That’s them with Seol Woondo, father of member LEEU, he’s changed since the last time I saw him on Happy together with his pops, I think I preferred the old hair-do on him. The other members are called JINON, YEJUN and KAN.

Its disappointing since their introductions made them look promising. Though, I know I shouldn’t judge since its just a teaser and hey, maybe they might come out with a really decent song that would fully show case their singing/rapping/dancing abilities!

Nahh….

Good luck to them anyways!   In case you’re interested they’re debuting next year (Sounds so far away) on January 8th 2010.

Lion Heart is a remake of SMAP’s( a Jpop group) song “Lion Heart”

T-Max is heavily influenced by the Jpop music scene, especially, the Johnny groups (SMAP, Arashi, KATTUN, NEWS, TxT(Takky & Tsubasa) Kinky Kids, etc).

I just hate that they are not getting any recognition for their talent. True they are not the prettiest boy band out there, but their vocals really make up for that, they sound great live too.

Their music style is really good….maybe a little bit too jpopy at times, but over all they sound great. We did a post about them before, but no new news about them on the web.

T-Max is a new boyband under Two Step Entertainment , just released their debut single “BLOOMING” on July 30th. ~We’re so sucked into SuShi that we don’t bother other debut groups..~

The 3-guy group, made up of Shin Min-chul, Park Yoon-ha and Kim Hyung-joon, was formed based on the idea of maximum, perfect harmony, as its name suggests. Their debut song is a J-pop style dance track about the moment that new love blooms. (arirang)

J-style indeed, from the song, the voice, and even the shaved eyebrows. Apparently, they ARE big fans of the jap group ARASHI (uuh..JUUUNN!!)..in an interview, they show how they admire ARASHI :

A. For us, rather than being a group with the feeling of a Japanese group, if you just look at Arashi they’re like a group that gives off the feeling of being the ideal Japanese sons. We would also like to be that way, showing off a familiarity like them.

that funny voice at the beginning is YunHwa’s, very j-style. They don’t have the magnificent dance, but no problemo for me, when it comes to dance, i only dig for b-boys (no singing, lads, just focus on your body.) I’m not really into the song too, but it’s quite refreshing. The only thing that sounds cool is the rap, and the only one who looks cool is the rapper, the other two look kinda feminine in the video.
