Fans want their money back and so does the promoter. The man who put his reputation on the line to bring the Korean pop star Rain to Hawaii is suing the star and shedding new light on the bizarre concert mystery.

It’s the mega concert that never was. Now the man known as the Justin Timberlake of Korea, who failed to show up for his Aloha Stadium concert last Friday, is accused of being part of a scam fronted by his Korean managers.Eric Seitz represents Honolulu’s Click Entertainment company now suing the artist and his managers for more than a million dollars. “Either the people did not have the capacity to provide the entertainer, or they never intended to do so and they took the money,” Seitz told the media Thursday.

Click had been selling tickets for months until the concert was canceled last Tuesday along with concerts in Atlanta and New York. The excuse from Rain’s managers: they “were trying to do too many venues for too big a show” and they “just felt the timing would be too close.”

But Seitz says until last week Click Entertainment had no idea anything was wrong. And since then no one from Rain’s management has been in contact with them.

“There are lots of issues here of credibility and candor and capacity to perform. And all of those add up, in my mind, to the very strong likelihood, although we tried not to draw that conclusion, that this may have been a scam or a fraud from its inception,” Seitz said. Seitz says the promoter has uncovered a trail of questionable conduct from flimsy excuses about stadium capacity to an ongoing trademark dispute over Rain’s name.

They’ll serve Rain his papers at an upcoming concert in Los Angeles - a concert that may be his last in the U.S. “If we file a lawsuit, they don’t respond, we get a judgement, he’s not going to be able to perform or engage in any other entertainment contracts in the united states because we’ll follow him wherever he goes and we’ll tie up all the proceeds,” Seitz said.

Rain can use his name in USA. The court threw away the request from Rain Corp. They will reschedule rest concert in US to around October. Rain will have LA concert on 30th and then head to Germany to shoot Speed Racer.

Asia’s superstar Rain canceled 5 stops in the US world tour, causing the US side to lose at least 33,120,000 Yuan (approx. US$4,347,597.795) in capital, thus initiating some intense protest. The day before yesterday he went to America to announce that the LA concert will be held as scheduled, while other venues will be delayed until October, thus preserving 200,000,000 Yuan (approx. US$26,253,609.871) in penalties.

Rain’s “Rain’s Coming” US world tour was originally set to begin last Friday starting in Hawaii, Atlanta, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles making it altogether a total of 5 concerts. The American rock and roll band “Rain” verbally requested that the courts forbid him to use the same stage name during his American concerts; he reluctantly cancels, thus creating a major capital loss in the US.

The day before yesterday Rain left for America for preparation towards his concert, and pledged that the Los Angeles concert will go as scheduled at the end of the month, while other venues will be delayed until October, the tour organizers South Korean company “Star M” therefore preserved 200,000,000 Yuan in penalties.

Upon the conclusion of the concert, he will go to Germany and join the cast of Hollywood’s movie “Speed Racer”. in this movie Rain plays a role of Asia’s “god of speed”; his father who is Asia’s top race car manufacturer, is assassinated, he then uses the race car which his father leaves behind to seek out the enemy who killed him. This movie is no short of fast cars and dangerous scenes. Rain, the high value superstar, insisted on not having any stuntmen; the production company will be providing a large coverage of insurance for him, but the amount has not been disclosed.

According to management, he is diligently memorizing his script; whether during a meal, going to the bathroom, or just walking, his mouth does not stop practicing his lines.
