People are starting to relax now over the Suju controversy, and when I mean people I am talking about E.L.F the Super Junior fan base. Now that Mr. SM has said that the new members of the Suju family are not going to be added to the original group, but will make up a new group called Super Junior M with new and old members. All the elves can now rejoice in happiness over their little bit of victory, but this situation could have been far worse.
Take a look at what is happening to Xing(Cross In The Genre) and what their fan base is going through…..that as if they have a fan base.

In recent days news of another member of Xing has left the group—Kevin the young, cute, and the English speaking member of the group has decided to leave the group and left a message to fans.

“For those who don’t know already, I am no longer a XING member.
I have decided to go my own direction to fulfill my dreams.
I’m very sorry but I am also thankful for all of the support and love you have given me along the way.
There are so many things I have learned and experienced.
I hope that you will be able to accept my decision.
I would like to think of this as a beginning rather than an end.
Remember that I will always try my best.
Thank You and I love you”~ ^^
This departure news of a member leaving is nothing new to this group, but Kevin was the last original member to leave the group.

On July 14, 2007 Marumir aka Kim Kimbum (not the Suju member; but the brother of SS501 member Kim Hyung Joon) left the group stating that “he wanted to pursue a different future for himself, as his aspirations had changed since joining Xing”-soompi

On December 6, 2007 another original member Cheon Hye Sung left the group, but with no statement from him or Xing Entertainment was ever given out.

On January 12 a third original member Yume(Kim Young Kyung) decided to leave making a diary announcement to his fans. A lot of fans refused to believe that another member was leaving the group, but of course they came to find out that it was true.
While fans were waiting for confirmation of the news that Yume had indeed left the group fans were hit with the announcement on January 13 that Poppin’ Dragon (one of the replacing members after Marumir departures) was also leaving the group.
History of Xing
In December 2006 Xing was formed and labeled as a capella quartet and consisted of a four member group.
Kevin
Yume
Marumir (brother of SS501 member Kim Hyung Joon)
Cheon Hye Sung
They released their first single in December 13, 2006 which was a soft ballad. After the release of their first single it was announced that two more members would be added– Poppin’ Dragon and Zen (as secret weapons *rolling eyes in head*) but were not officially added as members. With the new additions of members the road to stardom for Xing seemed like it wasn’t working, especially since the group didn’t participate in any major music programs. Xing Entertainment promoted their group also named Xing by releasing singles and MVs, doing photo shoots for magazines and held a concert that the Xing Entertainment produced them selves. This left fans filling less than satisfied because they couldn’t see their favorite boy band whom they felt had talent, but was not being marketed like other entertainment companies where promoting their stars.
Fans weren’t the only ones dissatisfied with that kind of arrangement that in July 14, 2007 Marumir left the group stating “he wanted to pursue a different future for himself, as his aspirations had changed since joining Xing”-soompi. Many fans were very upset of the news of his departure, and many wonder if Xing would go on since many felt that their popularity was mostly due to the fact that Marumir is the younger brother of SS501 member Kim Hyung Joon.
With the departure of Marumir, Poppin’ Dragon and Zen where than added as official members of the group. Xing Entertainment started than to promote Xing as a five member group and released the second single “My Girl”.
My Girl
This new single by them is the most recognizable song out of all Xing’s songs probably due to the fact that Xing Entertainment decided to finally promote the song with the help of not music show, but with radio programs like Eugene’s Love Love Radio Show and Sung Min’s and others. Also Xing participated in various performances and even opened up for Minwoo at his M concert in August of last year. On September 13, 2007 Xing participated in their first major performance at the YTN’s Star Digital Night Concert. Where they performed alongside others artists like Kim Dong Won, FT Island, SNSD and others.
Fans were finally filling that their idol group was on its way to stardom when an announcement on December 6, 2007 announced that another member was leaving. This time it was the strongest vocalist of the group Cheon Hye Sung who was leaving, but his departure came with no statement as to why neither by Cheon Hye Sung or Xing Entertainment, which left fans shocked and angry. From the announcement of the departing Cheon Hye Sung Xing Entertainment also stated that they will be adding a new member–Woo Hyun Min renamed Husky an ex-member of “Singing in the Rain” a fellow group of Xing Entertainment.
With this change Xing Entertainment released a company Christmas single on December 11, 2007 that featured Xing (renamed for the single as XingStar) and other artist from that label. On that CD Kevin and new member Husky sung together “The First Noel” song and the group did a rendition of Xing’s first song “In Your Hands” featuring Poppin’ Dragon and Zen on vocals.
At that time things were looking up for the group, they even traveled to Thailand (where they still have a big international fan base) for a promotional period of four days where they held events for fans that included fan meetings, autograph sessions, and a showcase that was held on December 21 at Central World, which received a overwhelming response from fans and positive feedback. Xing also participated on radio shows and gave interviews.
But on January 12, 2008 fans where hit again with the devastating news that another member was leaving the group. Yume one of the original members left a diary message of his departure with words that fans were coming too familiar with, he states that “he was no longer a part of Xing”. This news left fans shock, sad and reluctant to believe that they held out hope until a official conformation was released by the label, but in their wait they put though another whirlwind when news of another member was leaving the group only one day after Yume’s announcement of his departure. Poppin’ Dragon originally a replacement member after Marumir leave decided to that his leave also. On the 15th Xing Entertainment released a statement stating that both Yume and Poppin’ Dragon had indeed left the group, and that three new members will be added. The three new members were Kim Jisang, Shin Gwang Chul, and Lee Su Hoon the remaining group members from the group “Singing in the Rain”. With the new members add making it a six person group Xing Entertainment than states that “Xing was a project group that will have members rotating in and out, in hopes in keeping the group fresh”

Fans soon found out that a seventh member Jung Ji Hwan was added to the group when Xing Entertainment released videos of the them wishing fans a Happy Chinese New Year that targeted towards three different fan bases—Thai fans, Koreans fans, and International fans.
Video Member profile (contains Kevin in video before his departure)
As of today Xing consist of now six member since the departure of Kevin leaving the remaining members Zen(Nam Jin Hyun–the other member along with Poppin’ Dragon where replacements after Marumir left), Husky(Woo Hyun Min), Yoon(Kim Ji Sang), Gun(Shin Gwang Chul), White(Lee Su Hoon) (originally members of the group “Singin in the Rain” added later to the group), and Kipalang(Jung Ji Hwan–also added later).
Is this a joke “rotating members” as if they are a bunch of meat that needs to be sold by a due date? lol
All I have to say is what in the world is Xing Entertainment doing to their stars to make them leave, and not only that but to make a replacement member leave also? Also how are fans supposed to get close to these guys if they know that the guy they like will be replaced in a month’s time because they are no longer fresh enough?
Man! if people thought that Mr. SM was heartless to add more members to Suju they should be very grateful that their idols still have a job to go to at all. Just My Opinion.
